Walk into reading time knowing exactly what to teach

Practical, jargon-free literacy that tells you what to teach, in what order, and why — from a teacher who was once winging it too.

Hey there!

I'M TINA

Read my story  ➝

Teaching reading is a skill, not a gift — and I learned it the hard way.

My teacher training never prepared me to teach reading. For a long time I pulled lessons together minutes before the bell, and stayed quiet in planning meetings because I didn't have the words.

So I built what nobody had given me — my own manuals and systems — until I could walk into any room as the person who knew what she was doing.

Now I share exactly that, so no teacher has to spend years working it out alone.

 Which best describes you?

I want to know exactly what to teach and how.

Ready-to-use structured-literacy resources, with short walkthroughs that show you exactly how to use them — so you skip months of prep and know just what to teach next.

YES, SHOW ME HOW

I want someone in my corner to help me figure it out.

Mentorship support for the busy teacher who wants answers, not another thing to figure out alone. Bring your readers, your questions, your groups — and we'll work through them together.

YUP, THIS IS ME

Why me?

Honestly? Because I've been where you are. I'm a teacher too, and teaching reading properly just wasn't something my training covered.

So for a long time I muddled through — buying random worksheets and hoping I could cobble them into a lesson, never quite sure I was getting it right.

Eventually I got tired of guessing, so I went and learned it properly. Now, as a Certified Structured Literacy and Dyslexia Interventionist, I'm on a mission to help as many teachers as I can feel confident teaching reading — without the late nights and the guesswork.

Everything I learned is here, ready for you, so you're not piecing it together on your own the way I had to.
